We collect only what is needed to do the work and to talk to you. That means: name and email address when you fill out the contact form, the body of any message you send us, and a short audit log of which form you used and when.

We also collect anonymous, aggregated analytics about how visitors use this website. That includes page views, approximate device type, country-level location, and the referring source. We do not collect IP addresses in identifiable form, and we do not attempt to deanonymize visitors.

Contact-form submissions are used to reply to your message. That is the entire surface area. We do not sell, lease, trade, or rent any of this information to anyone.

Aggregated analytics are used to make the site faster, fix layout issues, and understand which writing is useful enough to keep doing. The analytics are reviewed in aggregate and are not used to build profiles of individual visitors.

We do not:

• Sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
• Use your information to make decisions about your eligibility for any specific investment opportunity.
• Run third-party tracking pixels, retargeting scripts, or advertising network beacons.
• Send unsolicited offering materials. Any future offering will go through official offering documents.

This website sets a small number of first-party cookies that are necessary for the site to function (for example, remembering whether you have dismissed the cookie banner). Analytics are provided by privacy-respecting tools that store anonymous, aggregated counts. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Where required by your jurisdiction, we ask for consent before any non-essential analytics are loaded. You can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie banner footer, and analytics will stop loading on subsequent page views.

Whether or not you are covered by GDPR, CCPA, or any other formal privacy regime, you are welcome to ask us what we have on you. Send a note to contact@plutusprops.com and we will reply with the actual data we hold and confirm any deletion or correction you request.

We do not require a formal letter, a notarized request, or a fee. The point of this section is not to discharge a procedural obligation. It is to be honest about what we have and to make it easy for you to ask.

Contact-form submissions are retained for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable archival period after that, typically twenty-four months.

Aggregated analytics are retained for as long as they are useful. They contain no personally identifiable information and cannot be linked back to you.
